Today I want to share my thoughts on commitment. When people get married they COMMIT to stay together and work through any issue, any problem. They COMMIT to love each other even when they don't like each other. They promise to support each other and be a team. Everyone goes through times when they are less happy than others and everyone has moments that they want to give up, but COMMITMENT is what keeps it all together. I am sick about the way the world views this today. People say "Well, I am not happy so I am going to move on to someone/something better." I feel that you create your own happiness. You can always make a relationship into what you want it to be. People are selfish and don't realize that every decision they make affects their family. I believe that lack of COMMITMENT is one of the biggest problems that this world has.
I hope this didn't seem like a rant, but someone close to me is making some very poor choices and it's hard not to be able to help. So, if anything I wanted to remind everyone to hold onto the ones you love because there will always be another force trying to pull you apart.

I completely agree! And who cares if that sounds like a rant to some people. Maybe those people view it that way because they need the reminder. By the way, your wedding picture is beautiful. I'd love to see more sometime, if you don't mind. We can't wait to see the Northern Idaho side of our family in a few weeks! Hooray for Thanksgiving!
